As the creative heart of the House of DVRK, the Senior Fashion Designer is responsible for turning ideas into collections with depth, narrative, and the power to move the wearer. You will work closely with the Creative Director, our pattern-makers and the production team to ensure every design — from the first sketch to the final garment — carries the true spirit of the brand.
What you'll do
- Research, develop concepts and direct the design of 2 major collections per year plus seasonal capsule drops
- Sketch, build forms, select materials and finishing details (trims, accessories, labelling)
- Collaborate with pattern-makers and the sample team to translate drawings into real garments, ensuring a flawless fit
- Work with production on fabric selection, supplier negotiation and quality control
- Lead and mentor a design team of 5–8 people, with weekly output reviews
- Take part in fittings, evaluate samples and drive the adjustments that need to be made
What we need from you
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury fashion design (couture, ready-to-wear, or menswear/ladieswear luxury)
- Portfolio showing the full process: concept → sketch → finished product
- Fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Clo3D or other 3D fashion software is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of materials (wool, silk, cashmere, leather) and high-end construction techniques
- Able to lead a team, inspire others, and uphold the highest creative standards
- Strong spoken and written English, able to read international references and work with overseas partners
